No. Requirements vary by state, destination, event, and purpose. The app organizes the document requirements and expiration dates you enter. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority, event organizer, transporter, or veterinarian.
Pro unlocks unlimited horses and Travel Packet PDF export. The PDF includes the horse profile, readiness summary, document details, and saved certificate images.
Records and selected document images remain on your iPhone. Coggins Binder has no account or cloud database. Deleting the app also deletes its local data, so keep the original certificates in a safe place.
If you opt in, Coggins Binder sends anonymous feature usage and crash diagnostics to Firebase. Horse names, document text or numbers, photos, PDFs, notes, and exact horse and document dates you enter are never included. You can turn sharing on or off under Settings > Privacy.
When you save a document with an expiration date, the app can schedule local reminders before it expires. Notifications are delivered by iOS and can be changed in the iPhone Settings app.
A required Coggins test or CVI may be missing or expired for the selected travel date. Open the horse to see the exact reason. The result uses only your settings and dates; it is not a legal eligibility determination.
